1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern your use of the ph53a online gaming platform, accessible at ph53a.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ph53a (hereinafter "ph53a," "we," "us," or "our"), a company providing online casino gaming, sports betting, and related entertainment services to users in the Philippines.

You may not create an account or use ph53a services if you are subject to legal restrictions that prevent you from entering into contracts, including but not limited to bankruptcy proceedings, guardianship, or court orders prohibiting gambling activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on ph53a, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to verify the information you provide at any time. Failure to provide accurate information or deliberate submission of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and termination of your account without refund.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and deposits made using your credentials.

You must immediately notify ph53a customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures or your disclosure of credentials to third parties.

3.3 Account Verification

ph53a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and payment method verification (photos of credit/debit cards, e-wallet screenshots). You must provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days of the request.

Failure to provide verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. We implement these measures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gaming, and to comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

ph53a accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits are credited in Philippine pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph53a reserves the right to refuse any deposit that we suspect originates from illegal sources, fraudulent activity, or money laundering schemes.

4.2 Deposit Limits

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

You agree that we may withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected Terms violations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

ph53a offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. Bonus terms are displayed at the time of promotion and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 200% bonus with 30x wagering means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount (plus deposit where applicable) on eligible games before withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiration period results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

ph53a strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using unfair betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other players; exploiting software glitches or errors to gain unfair advantage; or any other activity deemed by ph53a to be fraudulent or abusive of promotional offers.

Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately closed, all bonuses and winnings forfeited, and deposits may be returned or confiscated depending on the severity of the violation. We reserve the right to void bets and winnings if we determine they resulted from bonus abuse.

6.3 Promotional Modifications

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph53a Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, games, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of ph53a or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ph53a. Unauthorized use of ph53a intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Internal Complaints

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or service issue, you must first contact ph53a customer support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to raise disputes within fourteen days constitutes acceptance of the transaction or outcome.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ph53a services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ph53a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, your account balance (minus any bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Termination by ph53a

ph53a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; failure to provide verification documents; or prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon termination, ph53a will return your withdrawable balance (minus any applicable deductions for Terms violations) but reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Terms violations will be forfeited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ph53a collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. 12. Technical Issues and Force Majeure

ph53a is not liable for losses or damages resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of game malfunctions, ph53a reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All game results are final once the round is completed unless a technical error is identified.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph53a regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Failure by ph53a to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party. ph53a may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliated entity or successor without your consent.
